1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Production Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for the production of your items.
  • Order Fulfillment: After production, your order will be packed and prepared for shipping.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and subject to change at our discretion.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1-3 business days

Note: NautiQle is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are only indicative rates for guidance purposes only

  • Standard Shipping: INR 50-100
  • Expedited Shipping: INR 100-200
  • Express Shipping: INR 200-500

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment.

6. Shipping Address

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate. NautiQle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections will not be accommodated after order confirmation.

7. Shipping Delays

NautiQle is not responsible for any shipping delays. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Carrier delays

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within India, the total cost at checkout includes all applicable taxes. NautiQle is not liable for any additional charges incurred.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

NautiQle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Contact the carrier directly for assistance. you may keep us informed on nautiqle@gmail.com and we may choose to assist basis our best endeavours.
